This suspension system provides performance without sacrificing comfort; it provides everything you need to enjoy driving your car on the street or at the track. It can also be a good alternative to replace a costly factory suspension.
The Alpine Series has been designed to work in harmony with Swift springs, but we do offer to order them with regular SCALE springs to work with different budgets.

Wanna make sure what is the right product configuration for you?
The 2009+ Nissan GT-R R35 Alpine series is the adjustable suspension system you need to consider if you want to improve handling performance or simply get an aggressive look by lowering the car to reach the fitment and ride height you were always looking for.
The suspension include the front fork and pillowball mounted shock upper mounts.
The monotube design configuration, added to the completely threaded body result in a fully adjustable long lasting suspension. As the ride height is set by the overall shock length, the spring preload, comfort level and suspension travel remains the same at any ride height setting compared to other suspension where the ride height is set by the spring seat, resulting in reducing the allowed travel as you lower the ride height.
The NS31-AS is offered in 3 different version depending the ride height range, comfort level and use each customer is looking for.
– Regular version: This version is the most used by customer looking to lower their car. It allow a ride height adjustment from stock to approximately -3 inch. Comfort level is still really acceptable for daily use but certainly have to feel sportier to prevent any rubbing issue when lowered. The stiffer spring rate and valving give significantly improved handling performance over stock.
– Low Version: This Version is one inch shorter and 10% stiffer compared to the regular version. It is used to significantly lower or for track use. It still offer good comfort level for regular street use but certainly feels sportier as the higher spring rate reduce the suspension travel to prevent rubbing when tucking the tires.
– Extreme Low Version: This Version is more a customized based on each customer needs. It is used for extreme fitment and require to contact us by email to have our tech team helping you figure the needed spring rate, shock length and valving required to fit your exact needs. That is why we recommend to contact us before adding the extreme low version to your cart.
This application use a double wishbone suspension configuration on the front and multilink on the rear. This means that the shock have no direct impact on the wheel alignment. Every cars alignment is affected the more you lower it and depending on the suspension geometry. The GT-R front factory control arm don’t have any camber adjustment so if you plan to significanlty lower your car, you may need to look for adjustable upper control arm to prevent excessive tire wear. These are offered my many brands offering adjustble control arms.
On the rear, the GT-R have some camber and toe adjustment with eccentric bolt but if you significantly lower your car or want more adjustment, fully adjustable rear control arms are offered by different brands.
We can always customize the spring rate and shock length to fit your exact needs on this application.
All our Alpine series use stainless hardware, to ensure the suspension look like new for years, Alpine series specific internal components and fluid and 24 dampening level to fine tune the comfort level/valving efficiency where you want it to be .
Feel free to email our sales for any specific needs so they can help you figure out the best configuration for you.
