How do I track my order?
You may track your package by linking to the website of the carrier (e.g. UPS, Dicom, or Canada Post) and using its tracking ID number. This link can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped.
Can I ship to a PO Box address?
Unfortunately, No. We cannot deliver to post office boxes or APOs
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, USA only, Free shipping is available when they are shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied.
Delivery can take as little as 2-5 business days if the product is in stock.
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason, you have a change of heart regarding a purchase made at SCALE Online Store, you may return your product within 5 days following the arrival.
How can I cancel my order?
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed or onto manufacturing process.
Custom orders can be canceled anytime before customization/manufacturing is processed.
The manufacturing process is started 24 hours after your order has been received by our production center.
For acceptance of your return, the product must be in perfect condition, including the original packaging, accessories and a copy of the receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges related to a return to SCALE HQ, and paid return shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made within 7 days upon receiving of the product and will be transferred to the original buyer’s credit card / Paypal.
SCALE reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on all orders that are refunded.
Please note, all delivery times are estimates and SCALE is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other manufacturing unforeseen factors.
